6:35 and 7:15 – Dryer Fire Demo – Township Building Parking Lot
6:50 and 7:30 – Stovetop and Oven Fire Demo - Township Building Parking Lot
7:00 and 7:45 – Vehicle Rescue Extrication Demo - Township Building Parking Lot
Between 7:00 and 7:30 – If not on a medical emergency, Medical Helicopter(s) land on Loch Alsh sports fields.
8:00 – ‘Live” Burn – See your Firefighters in action as members of the FWFC extinguish a “fully involved” room and contents fire. The FWFC is partnering with the National and American Fire Sprinkler Associations to demonstrate how normal, combustible material found in every home can cause a major fire, severe injury or worse. The live, side-by-side fire and sprinkler burn demo vividly illustrates the tremendous speed of a typical home fire and its potential for deadly destruction. It also illustrates the vital importance of home safety technology that can save lives and reduce property damage – smoke alarms and home fire sprinklers. Look for the demo at
the end of the Field of Dreams driveway.
