This past Tuesday night, our newer members got together for more training. The focus this week was on single man portable ladder raises. We went over different carries, proper ladder placement (just below the window sill) and then each member had multiple chances to deploy the ladders. Our main objective is to build confidence with single person raises and build upon that.
